Just played the demo that came with OPM. Ohmygod!! I've never had so much aesthetically awesome action thrown at me all at once on screen before in my life! (well i exxagerate a little but who cares....mwahahaha!) HUndreds of enemies fly at you in swarms of weird fighter jets that you can pummel with laser blasts and swat the hell out of like flies with your giant sword. All the explosions and lasers and special effects are beautiful to look at as everything is cel-shaded to give you the effect of an anime mech movie. Even the clouds of smoke are great to look at. The lasers light up the screen like mad and the weopon attacks unleashed on you are sick! This Anubis mech is scary as hell and the ominous music playing just befor you fight him is awe-inspiring. The story-line is intwerwoven beautifully with real hand drawn anime sequences. Whats not to love abou tthis game! I am gettting it!
