You guys can continue by adding your own characters.
It was raining cats and dogs, the lightning was talking to the villagers telling them to not leave their houses anymore. The people knew that a flood is heading their way, they knew that this could be the end of their sweet little homes. They also knew that there is a way to stop the flood happening, by opening the panel to a major door near the mountains so that as the water enters the village it moves towards that major enterance, but no one was willing to do that, as they knew that no one could survive. Above all the NO ONE knew why every year they had to face this un expected storm and flood.
Out of nowhere a person walking out side his house starts screaming. It was Satcher, an old man who always did what was right, weather it was dangerous or not. He cared about everyone except the ones who didn't care about others.
SACTHER: I will stop this, I will not let this happen...... but I am only human, and I cannot do this alone. Save your sons and daughters and give me a hand
