Ohh nooo!! That's horrible!!!
Don't take it personally though, I know that big companies like that are really heartless and, well, cruel.
Try and get a job at a place that is smaller and more personal (Like Laura Secord in Place D'Orleans!!!
), then the manager can train/observe you personally and help you when you need it!!
As I said, don't take it to heart! You'll have plenty more job opportunities; the people at Silver City obviously don't know what a great employee they've just given away!
