Yeah I have to agree with Valkrie about Treize from Gundam Wing being the best "rose person".
It is
my opinion that Sailor Moon is the worst anime next to Hamtaro (If Hamtaro is even an anime). And Tuxedo Mask was the worst character in sailor moon. The only thing I really like about Sailor Moon is when they changed into sailor scouts
But I have not seen the Japanese version so don't totally hate me...
Oh and Kurama from Yu Yu Hakusho (or Ghost Rider I think) is pretty cool too.
