I wouldn't call it a "hand held console", It's just a mobile phone with an awful lot of games capabilities, color screen, Bluetooth Connectivity and GSM & GPRS.
It looks awfully good though, I'd like to get one but as you could guess, It's gonna be real expensive (at least for a pay as you go) Line Rental will be much cheaper.
