Out of my entire game collection, I'd say my most rare would be the first Alone in the Dark or Battle Arena Toshinden on the PS1. Unfortunately, it doesn't get any older than that.
Although, I did at one time had an old Sega Master System with like 2 games, but it was broken and thus useless.
