You can get it easily on an Emulator and ROM and play it on your PC, it's worth it if you can't find it on GBC.

You'll need the Metal Gear Ghost Babel (Zip File) and aparently a NES emulator, which makes no sense as it's not a NES game, but whatever. I'll try to find a better link.
