Firstly, you've got to make the picture and save it. Preferably as a .jpg or .gif file.

Secondly you have to upload the picture to a website somewhere on the Internet - the same place as where you would upload a website. You may have got some Web space with your ISP (freeserve, btinternet, AOL or whatever) which is ideal... or there are some websites on the net that'll help you (i've forgotten them though...)

Thirdly, you've got to find at what url it can be viewed at (for instance mine is at: https://mysite.freeserve.com/kupoarti...newrelmsig.gif)

and then finally, you'll have to enclose any url leading to an image in the "IMG" code : the IMG code is [IMG*]yourpicture'surl[/IMG*] but with the the "*"'s removed (i put them in so you can actually see the code... its elusive like that )
