it's published by rockstar. the thing is alot of people thought this game would be like GTA3 which wasnt. and of course people were disapointed cause it wasnt GTA3. but it's a game where you have to stop a evil coparationa and go around doing mission's. and in your free time cause some stuff with the coparation guard's.
