Personality is number one; and I hate to admit it but appearance is also a semi-biggy. Though 99.9% of the time the personality /makes/ the looks better (or worse in some instances). So it all really depends on personality. Also I've been told I have really wierd taste in guys so Im just blathering now. Haha
