Here are my ideas for*San Andreas*.

[1]More people.
[2]More Traffic(traffic jams).
[3]A big suspension bridge like in San Fransisco.
[3]Lots of people on beaches(naked).
[4]More of a veriety of people.
[5]More skyscrapers.
[6]Planes going faster and higher.
[7]Bigger airport.
[8]Even more cars and bikes.
[9]Bigger downtown with shopstreet.
[10]No more boring side-missions.
[11]Dogs and animals.
[12]Children.
[13]Bicycles and skateboards.

Although Vice was supposebly 2-3 times bigger than Liberty it didn't seem like it, possibly this time even bigger,HOPEFULLY
