Last I heard was it has been pushed back til late February in the UK.
As for being on-line, I'm not really sure
how it could be. I mean there's only 1 Lara Croft, and it's an adventure game. I cannot see a 'deathmatch' mode working too well. That's not to say some form of Lara game couldn't be on-line at some point in the future - I just don't think that AOD will be.
