I wanted to post a thread in which we can post all the recurring aspects in FF games: about characters, places, plot and so on.
I'm sure that it could be interesting to have a sort of complete list of all those aspects. Maybe someone noticed details others didn't notice! It could be useful!

I'm starting with something really easy:

in every FF game, more or less, there's a character called Cid. Anyone here knows why? Personally I don't know, but I find it weird. Also in FF: TSW (the movie) there's a character called Dr. Sid, that's similar.
