100%, havent got that yet but i only got gta vc a few days ago and was too busy exploring. cant see many helicopters yet, found the 1 on top of hyman condos and the former "diaz residence" lol. and a vc police chopper, no sparrow tho lol.
dont buy a game just to complete it, play enjoy,enjoy,enjoy,enjoy,enjoy, complete.
