Its not out on the PS2... I know that much  .
Whether it ever will be, I don't know. Technically, the PC is slowly leaving the PS2 a long long way behind (Unreal Championship stutters on the more powerful X-Box - and many mediocre looking PC games have looked 20 times worse on the PS2, Deus Ex as an example) , but i've yet to check out NOLF2 (I never played the first one either), to see whether the graphics are that advanced...
perhaps you should check out the PC demo for now?
