Like it was said b4, don't get ahead of yourself, jus relax. Do a couple more missions and then when you own the Diaz's Mansion, you will have quite a bit of money.
You get quite a bit for killing Diaz!
Trust me it's worth the wait. once you have the money buy some money making properties like Sunshine Autos and Pole Position.
I haven't got these myself, as I blew my money on the Malibu and it jus gave me more missions.
