Hmmm....the best one? Uh....I think it's best if you start out with the first episode....introduces the characters, ya know? Plus, the drawings are still well-drawn and beautiful, unlike some of the later episodes.
However, the best IMO, are the last two, episode 12 and 13, because the action kicks ass. But you would have to watch the entire series....
So....I'd say stick to the first episode and if you can, watch episodes 5 and 6, which involves the Valentine brothers and has a couple of nice fight scenes.
