Quick reflexes? Gee...I don't know about that.  I dunno...I mean....I just busted the tires in the front car, hopped in the tank and made a sharp right into the street and drove off, destroying anything in my way. And, when you park the tank in the garage, all your wanted levels go away since you passed the mission.
