Up front i can honestly say, i will be a home owner since ive owned my home for several years, single, maybe marry in my late fourties, early fifties, most likely no kids. Have little to no debt, have a fair amount of success career wise, remain a spend thrift, ive been a gamer for 30 years, so that very likely will continue to a degree at least. I live a fairly slow pace, conservative, stress free life. Also, yes, i continue to live near my parents, i will be helping them a lot over the remainder of their lives. And as for holidays, they've never changed, i still spend them with family and friends, as i have now for 43 years. Life is good, and its nice to get to the point where you can pick and choose what things are actually important, and not have everything foisted on you like when your younger. Dont care what the crowd is doing or what their priorities are, often they arent what is actually important.
