as a general rule, you should try to get Yuna's Overdrive gauge to full, then all the guages of all her aeons. Nothing is particuarly hard once you can use Dark Flare twice and the rest at least once - there rarely seems to be any particular strategy to any of the bosses in the game... sadly.
