Not a good sign. Ok, do this, go to C:\Windows\ and check if there is a file in there called Rundl32.exe, and post back if you did or did not find it. I think I can help you out, but I need to see if that file is there.
Plus like Blue3vilx said, Kazaa is not a good program, if you do want to use Kazaa, use Kazaa lite, I'll send you the link via PM.
