The main reason is that we had to switch from Ikonboard to VBulletin after the Ikonboard software crashed some months ago, so all posts were lost when we restarted the forums with the new software.
Also, we deleted a great amount of posts from the Other Consoles forum because there were some troubles with console wars
These, especially the first one, reasons influenced much the posts count.

haha, the memories, i remember all this... the switch when we all had to sign up again January 2002, and I probably started the whole console wars fight (whoops!) by suggesting a "other consoles" board.
