I'd like to post anything about this, but once again, I'm sure this is not the right place, especially because giving advice or talking to people you don't know well wouldn't be easy nor useful.
Faile is right, keeping it all bottled up is not a clever choice, and it's not useful either. I don't think that solving this kind of problems on your own is helpful, mainly because I know that people with these troubles are not able to take care of themsleves. It's not a fault, but it's something that happens in most cases when the problems are really serious. Not talking about being slightly low or feeling "depressed" for a little time for some really specific event.
Finding the right moment to talk about it ain't easy as well, because the right moment seem impossible to be reached. The fact is that asking for advice or help doeasn't mean your weak, it only means you understand the fact there are limits and you need something else besides yourself to overcome them.
