Well, since I haven't watched it all, just from the first few episodes, it's been kinda like: Get assignment, kill the target, pose as florists until next duty.
That's why I thought it was kinda Sailormoon-ish. But, slowly, their pasts are revealed one by one and I'm sure there'll be something big going on later, so it'll probably get better. It is a lot better than Sailormoon though, so you don't need to be afraid, Hylas.
