Those are good movies that Frozen recommended and of course, nothing compares to Bebop, so it's kinda hard to know what you're into. Here are some movies that may or may not be similar to Bebop, but they're still great movies to check out:
Akira, Jin-Roh, Metropolis, Armitage: Dual Matrix, Escaflowne: The Movie, Spriggan, and Princess Mononoke. I'm sure there's more, but my brain is kinda fried now.
As for series, the closest thing to Bebop, IMO, would be Trigun or Hellsing. Trigun spans for 26 episode, I believe, while Hellsing has only 13. If you get a chance, you may want to check these two out.
