Lots of the FF characters have different names in Japan... confused the hell out of me when I was playing FF5 on a ROM and people were calling Cara, Krile. I still cant remember what Lenna is called, and exactly why Faris has to talk so stupid either...
Anyway, as far as I can remember:
Terra = Tina
Sabin = Mash
Kefka = Cefca
Strago = Stragus
Cyan = Cyanene (think thats spelt wrong though...)
As for Terra's hair.... I think thats partly true. In the FMVs, Terra is Blonde, but she's still got her Green hair in game.
