Start the battle with Lulu,Wakka, and Yuna. First target the head of the creature with spells and long-range attacks until the head dies. Use the esuna spell(Yuna) if you get poisoned. Once the head is dead, bring in Auron and Kamarhi-kill the arms first, then pound on the body until it's dead. If the arms regenerate kill them again(as they protect the body from physical attacks)
