) I can't tell you any other place to buy figures online.....most of them are in Japanese, and I don't know Japanese.
I have the Vash and Wolfwood figure (Kaiyodo version), but I wasn't sure if I should get the Monev the Gale one.....I'm looking forward to getting the Meryl figure from Trigun though.
Anyway, I got the Hellsing figures of Alucard and Serass on Ebay from Japan...otherwise I wouldn't have any idea where to get them. I'm sorry I can't help you more, but Ebay is the best place.
