Nope, thats Ellone. The one who visits you in the infirmary at the begining, is found being attacked by that horrid bug thingy in the Training centre, and later turns out to be the one sending your party back in time.
She appears in the dreams as an ickle girl, looked after by Raine (her biological parents are dead) and to some extent Laguna, who saves Ellone from Esthar, but does so at the expense of never seeing Raine again... (Who was having a child at the time... hmm...)
Ellone then ends up at the orphanage along with Squall etc. they refer to her as "Sis", but she has to flee for her own protection, leaving a rather dejected Squall all alone, letting himself get all anti-social and the rest of it....
