grab it, press R3. Now, a dot will appear in your radar. This is the
criminal. Pursue it, and destroy his or her car(they're normally ancients).
You could also get near the car, and press start. Then, press start again,
and the criminal will go out the car. Kill him or her then.
Once you kill 10 criminals in Portland, you'll obtain a Police Bribe in your
Hideout.
Once you kill 20 criminals in Portland, you'll obtain another Police Bribe on
your hideout.
Once you kill 10 criminals in Staunton, you'll obtain a third Police Bribe in
your hideout.
Once you kill 20 criminals in Staunton, you'll obtain a fourth police bribe
in your hideout.
Once you kill 10 criminals in Shoreside, you'll obtain a fifth police bribe
on your hideout.
Once you kill 20 criminals in Shoreside, you'll obtain a sixth police bribe
