Here's what you do, you see all the water? well, don't go into it, but hang on the railing closest to you, and scoot across the railing to your right until you can drop off, the razor should be somewhere over there. I may be wrong, but I believe that's what I did. The razor should be just there, nothing to open or anything, just there.
