Liquidsm0ke got a ban some time ago so he can't answer.

Anyway, he wasn't really a Squaresoft worker. And I don't think you can contact Squaresoft workers here, because they probably have no time to spend on fan forums.

For education needed I suggest you to check Squaresoft's official website. Regarding programs, they're really expensive: they're not exactly what a common person can afford and use on a common PC.
