Hmmm......my parents don't understand anything that I say (and believe me, I'm not lying) only because they still see and treat me as a kid.
My entire family is filled with egos, so whenever I try to tell them something that I am sooo sure is right, they never admit it! In their hearts, they know I'm right, but since they feel stupid to be proven wrong by a "child", they brush it off and move onto another topic and completely ignore me. Either that, or they continue to fight until they feel like they're right. Pisses the hell outta me!
Then, I can't say anything more, otherwise they'll say something like, "How old are you? Are you three? Why don't you grow up?"
How ironic too, because whenever I brush off the topic, and they keep going, I can't say anything, otherwise I'm being disrespectful.
