The Observetory is one of those big telescope's with a big white round roof & is right up on top of an hill !]
From the Police Headquaters if you drive over the Dam you will see it up on top off the hill in the distance
SOMEONE ELSE MUST HAVE SEEN IT OR EVEN BEEN THERE
