Maybe you won't find my words useful, but I suggest you to not look pissed for what they do and just ignore them. This kind of guys want only to get attention acting in a silly way and being a pain for everyone, it's their way of showing they exist That's why you should try very hard to ignore them and they'll probably start bothering someone else after some time.
