For the same reason kids drink or take drugs. Teens aren't stupid, but they aren't exactly thinking responsibly all the time either. I'm not speaking for everyone, but I remember myself. I thought I knew it all....what a dumbass I was. I'd like to go back in time and kick my own ass.
