To me it depends on the situation, say if a woman was raped and got pregnant from that, I think I would lean toward an 'It's her choice" view..

In most other situations though I think that both parents should need to approve it in order for it to be done. I don't believe it's really "murder" at that point (it's my personal belief that 'souls' are given to babies in the womb once the brain's mature enough to allow for thought processes, or at least more complex ones.. in other words around the time the baby actually starts moving around), but the father, unless he's some rapist scum, should have a right to know and have a say in the matter. It's much less likely if both parents have a say in the matter for an abortion to happen. And while I think in some cases it should be the woman's choice, I dislike the idea of it.
