Hey Meryl, I read up that Spirited away was the highest ranked anime in Japan for the year 2001. It was sopposed to eccede any anime that's ever been made. And if Disney just got it, then I'm very happy.
Oh yeah, and you shouldn't critisise Disney for copying anime completely. You probally know this already, but the anime style as we know it was originated in a Disney movie. Believe it or not, japanimation style came from Bambie! mainly from the eyes and what not.
I thought that was an interesting fact to throw into the air.
