I think that a lot of people don't enjoy urban music now because it gets a bad name publically, like with artists that aren't all too unique or great (constantly singing about their money / women / etc.).

Mainstream music on a whole is mostly garbage, in my opinion, regardless of the genre. Even "rock" nowadays is a lot of pre-packaged crap.

Who knows, even SSnake might find hip-hop he likes if he hears the right thing.
