Yeah, I go on E-Bay too. Coming from Scotland, its hard to get certain anime or games that have been out of print for a while.
I recently ordered Laputa: Castle in the sky on DVD from there (anybody remember that one?) but never received the package. I contacted the guy that sold me it and he was really nice about it and he's sending me another one though.
I also ordered FF7 for the PC a few weeks ago but when that arrived, my dog chewed it to bits.
I think its safe to say I've not had much luck with E-Bay recently but I still reccomend it.
