Red Ribbon Characters:

Black Hosa: Black is the man, who, in truth, runs the Army. He is Red's closest advisor and wants to conquer the world with the Army's military might.
Blue Shogun: A very tough Red Ribbon officer. Blue is strong, fast, handsome and has a number of ki powers. He is also gay. Blue is killed by Tao-pie-pie, when Tao-pie-pie demonstrates his prowess to Red.
Buyon: A rubbery monster found in Muscle Tower.
Copper Shogun: This commander is only mentioned, never seen.
Doctor Gero: For more information on Dr. Gero, see the write up for Artificial Human #20.
Metallic Gunso: A robot used to defend one of the floors of Muscle Tower. He bears an amazing resemblance to Arnold from the Terminator movies.
Murasaki Socho: A ninja who has a million stupid ninja tricks at his command. In many ways, he is a legend in his own mind. He is found in Muscle Tower.
Red Sousui: Red is the commander of the Army and is very short, standing a full 2' tall (or there about). Red has no tolerance for failure and is very sensitive about his height. He wants the Dragonballs in order to wish to be taller.
Silver Taisa: A Red Ribbon officer searching for the Dragonballs.

Violet Taisa: A female Red Ribbon commander.
White Shogun: The head of Muscle Tower, which is located in the far north.
Yellow Taisa: An anthropomorphic tiger.
