It's extremely easy to use!
The first time I got it I was scared because it was in Korean! Then I found also a version where I could choose English language

There are not many commands in it, it's only a sort of Painter with layers as well. So, for coloring pics is easy to use.
I hope to find the link I used to download it, so I can post it here
