Wii Selling, But nothing changes.

First I want to start by saying this is not an attack against the Wii. I think it can be a fun system under the right situations.

I have a question for everyone and its a question that I can't seem to answer or even come up with an explanation.

Why is that even though the Wii continues to sell a huge amount of consoles does the gaming industry not seem to change. Is it just me or do other people see this too. I mean Wii is dominating in the sales. Nobody will argue that. However when you look at the gaming industry as a whole it seems that nothing has changed. Why is it that if the Wii is such a money maker that more developers don't put more effort in the way of the Wii?

Way to go Nintendo though, you hit a gold mine.
