Yes, I loved men's clothing back then (cargo pants, Van shoes, huge t-shirts, etc.) but sadly I never learned how to skateboard. The watches were a bit difficult to tell time at first but once you figure it out, it's really easy. Only a few puzzling ones (like the Jekyll and Hyde watch) came with a 'how-to-read' manual. But I agree: some of the watches seem solely for visual purposes only.

Don't worry, the watches aren't that fragile! Yes, you can perfom everyday tasks but anything that requires a bit more action would probably damage it. However, instead of the watch breaking into bits, the time movement started acting erratically: when it was 7 o' clock, it'd say it was 1 or something like that. I think our watches broke easily only because we worked in the restaurant and the work was very rough; we were constantly smashing our arms against tables, chairs, etc. and all the movement probably caused the problems. ^^;;;
