Yes, according to Nausicaa, Miyazaki will announce his next film on May 5 which is Children's Day in Japan.

Cannot wait! I thought he might retire after Hauru but I guess not.

In other Ghibli news, there will be a film called "Tales from Earthsea" (Gedo Senki) that will be produced by Ghibli and directed by Goro Miyazaki (I don't think he's related to Hayao Miyazaki). The film is supposed to be adapted from a book series called "Earthsea" by Ursula K. LeGuin. I saw the trailer, but the audio was so horrible (kept scratching and skipping) that I couldn't fully appreciate the trailer itself. The film looks very dramatic and geared towards adults. We'll just have to wait and see.
