Osaka. I like how she can daydream or fantasize about anything, her way of getting distracted so easily. It's also a character I can relate to a lot, for her physical ineptitude, for her weird curiosity, for falling asleep at school so often (*sigh*), for her inner sense of the surreal, for the way she plays with words etc.
Sasaki is a close second one. Then comes her creation: "Chiyo's father". In general there's no character I dislike in this series. They remind me a lot of the Peanuts. Maybe the one I like less is Yomi, for her being so "average" compared to the others.
