Nicholson IS the Joker, but there could be some decent actors for that role. What about... John Turturro? Or Adrien Brody? I can see both as the Joker (with all the make-up on).

I hope Scarecrow doesn't have a big part in the next movie, if there will be one. Most of all I hope they don't add Robin! It would be cool to have something more focused on the Batman/Joker antagonism. Some minor cameo for a secondary villain or two would be cool.
