the best part of the Burton batmobiles was its slyness
remember batman returns (part 2) where its being chased by squad cards in a tight alley. The batmobile shed its two exterior parts and transformed narrower just to fit in an even tighter alleyway while the cop cars slammed into it at full speed
great scene...exactly while the sleak design matched the craftiness of the Bat. The Tumbler, though great looking and pretty quick, wouldve gotten stuck in that situation.
Finesse over Force is Batmans style
it was fine as a starter vehicle but I'm sure it'll be changed
