It would be one thing to be driving down city streets, but the damage the thing does in the movie is not acceptable. Between tearing down all kinds of barriers, walls, and various other items, that would be considered damaging city property, its simply not very fast, normal vehicles could keep up with it with no problem. If every time you have to go out in your vehicle you are going to do thousands of dollars of damage to city property, how is that helping anyone? Just curious...
