Shops

Firstly I wanna point out that for some reason I never got a Map with my game!
I just thought they hadn't made one with this game so I didn't try and return it and now it's too late to do anything about it so I have to live without one unless there's someway to buy one or something?

Anyways Can anyone tell me about when the clothes shops open?
I've only got Binco, SubUrban & ProLaps.. should the others be open by now? I'm in Badlands.
